Exchanges

Got the wrong size? No worries at all — it happens!

We’re happy to offer one free size exchange per order.

  • You’ll just cover shipping back to us

  • We’ll cover the cost of shipping the new size back to you

  • Items must be in like-new condition

  • Must contact us within 7 days of recieving package

Returns

At Archie & Fitz Co., every product is handcrafted with care. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered:

Custom Orders

Custom items — including custom sizing, colors, personalization, and one-of-a-kind requests — are final sale, since they’re specially made just for your pup.

1-Year warranty & Replacement Program

Our gear is made with genuine BioThane® — waterproof, stink-proof, & super durable- That said, no gear is totally indestructible (especially when chewing or rough play is involved.

Here’s how our Replacement Program works:

  • If the strap has an issue from normal wear and tear, we’ll replace it completely free within the first year. Just ship it back to us!

  • If the damage was caused by chewing or an accident, no worries — dogs will be dogs! In those cases, you can send the collar back to us, and we’ll save any hardware that’s still safe and usable. We’ll replace the Biothane strapping at a discounted rate to avoid waste and keep things affordable. Just message us for more info.
